Overview

Ascendo provides predictive services through Slack app. These services can be used with the help of simple slash commands, and message shortcuts on Slack.

Purpose

This document section gives the detailed description on how to install the Ascendo app on Slack.

Prerequisites: 

1. Sign up as a customer on Ascendo Application Application.

2. Complete the setup process.

3. Upload data in Data Integration for Ascendo Self Learning.

Implementation Details 

You can add Ascendo to Slack using two methods:
