Validate AI Search Agent URL

Users can test the URL that will lead them from any external system into Ascendo. The URL in which the user will share their Business unit, Data source, Product group and Question for the prediction, creates a new route to the AI Search Agent on Ascendo webportal.

When an user clicks on the URL, Ascendo first checks if the user is logged in. If yes, then the user will be routed to the appropriate page. If not, the user will be directed to the login screen. After logging in, the user can view the prediction result in AI Search Agent.

To test the URL, follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Click on https://asc.apis.ascendo.ai/docs#/
   
   

2. Open the Authentication API
   
   

   Open

   

3. Click on Try it out.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Fill in the required fields (highlighted in image below)

5. After filling in the details, click on Execute.

6. Next, check in the responses section for the token. Copy the token.

7. Click on Authorize and paste the token in value field and click on Authorize. Then, Close the dialog box.

8. Open the Resolution Prediction API → Try it out

9. Get the Customer UUID from the Ascendo Application and enter it here.

10. Enter the names of business unit, data source, and product group that Ascendo has to search upon.

11. Add the question you would like to ask in the question field. Then, click on Execute.

12. Copy the URL from the response section.

13. Paste the URL in the browser and click Enter.

You should be routed to AI Search Agent page with prediction results for the question you mentioned in the form. In case you don’t see it, contact Ascendo’s Customer Service team.
