Okta SSO Activation Guide

Once the prerequisites are completed, you can activate Okta Single Sign-On on Ascendo.

Here’s how:

  1. Open Ascendo application. Click on Settings → Administration.

 

  1. In the admin portal, go to SSO settings → Okta.

     

  2. Enter the details and click on Verify.

     

  3. Once verified successfully, click on Save.

     

  4. Go over to Settings menu. Turn on Okta.

     

  5. Now, go to Access Control → Users.



  6. Click on Add User → Okta.

     

  7. Assign Business Unit, Module(s), Group(s) & Role(s) to users you’re about to import.

     

  8. After entering details, click on Import Users.

     

  9. Refresh the page and you will be able to see imported users getting added to Ascendo user list.

     

Voilà! You have successfully onboarded users and enabled single sign-on for the Ascendo application.
