Okta SSO Activation Guide
Once the prerequisites are completed, you can activate Okta Single Sign-On on Ascendo.
Here’s how:
Open Ascendo application. Click on Settings → Administration.

In the admin portal, go to SSO settings → Okta.

Enter the details and click on Verify.
Â
Once verified successfully, click on Save.
Â
Go over to Settings menu. Turn on Okta.
Â
Now, go to Access Control → Users.
Click on Add User → Okta.
Â
Assign Business Unit, Module(s), Group(s) & Role(s) to users you’re about to import.
Â
After entering details, click on Import Users.
Â
Refresh the page and you will be able to see imported users getting added to Ascendo user list.

Voilà ! You have successfully onboarded users and enabled single sign-on for the Ascendo application.
