The invitation email password expired

If the user is not responding to the invite to reset the password, the invitation automatically expires. In order for the user to get access to the system, Admin will need to resent the invite.

 

To resend the invite, Go to Admin console → Access Control → Users

 

Within Users go to the Invite tab, click on the user name and click on the three dots and click Resend Invite.
