How to update reference data?

Users can update each reference data through an update and upload. In order to upload and update, the user needs to have relevant permission. If the user has the permission then the relevant controls appear on the user interface screen as below:

Using the controls, users can perform the following:

• Use sample file to get a sample file format the reference data requires

• FUll refresh will fully replace the pertinent reference data with the new data

• Update/Append allows users to update select records and also add new records

• Add New allows user to add a new record from the UI

• Export allows the users to get an excel export of the reference data
